We provide website design, website development, local search engine optimization (SEO), technical SEO, and related digital marketing services to small and mid-sized businesses primarily located in Vancouver, WA, Clark County, and the greater Portland metro area. Specific project scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or service agreement between us and the client, which takes precedence over the general descriptions on this Site.
3. Use of the Website
When using our Site, you agree not to:

Final pricing, scope, and terms for any project are determined only after a discovery consultation and are documented in a signed written proposal or service agreement.

For client projects, ownership of final website deliverables (design files, code, and content created specifically for the client) transfers to the client upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, as further detailed in the applicable service agreement. Vancouver WA Web Design retains the right to display completed client work in its own portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms, deposit requirements, and billing schedules for services are set out in each client’s individual service agreement or proposal, not on this Site. Generally, projects require a deposit prior to the start of work, with remaining balances due at agreed project milestones or upon completion. Late payments may result in a pause of services until accounts are brought current.
7. Third-Party Links & Services
Our Site may link to third-party websites, tools, or platforms (such as Google Business Profile, social media, or client project sites) that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
